dear readers.
In my first blog post I sid that I didn´t knew how long I wanted to go with bodybuilding. But now I do. my plan is to build up muscle mass untill January. When I reach January I´ll go back to my roots and build up strength and change my diet for 2 mounth. (wich also is an impotant part of bodybuilding).
When I reach May I´ll start building up muscle mass agin untill Juli. In Juli my preperations for my first bodybuilding will start wich wil be a new diet and a new program. and tehn I´ll have to participate in the danish Mr.Fitness competetion.
