my first step in to my bodybuilding progres






Hi all readers. If you don´t know me, then I´m a 15 year old kid who after alot of consideration decided to start bodybuilding. the reason for al this consideration was that i was already doing an other sport on a very high level. yeah... I was a fighter. I fought in the art of ju-jutsu. I got some very good resulst with that sport. I was on the dansih jounior national team and fought all over Europa. I´m a former dansih regional champion in judo too so i´ve had my time in the sport. one time in Germany I got injurned. the sinew holding my right leg muscule together snaped, and my career and life totaly changed. I had the rebuild the sinew and they way was weight execises, and other rebuilding execises only. No ju-jutsu. while I did this kind of training i kinda started to love it. so after a couple of mounth i decided that doning bodybuilding was what i had to do.






It was kinda hard for me to change my diet and weight training routine. becuse of my sport i had to keep my weight down and the weight traning I did was made the build strength and my diet keep me under 60 kg In an age of 15. but i got it done and decided to start the 1st august. And the first progress pictures was taken:





as you can see the weight training had made my muscules giain a bit but becuse of the weight loses before my fights my musculses wasn´t big but one thing was for sure I was strong as a bull. So this was me the 1st august. the first day of my transformation from elitesport to bodybuilding.
