New diet! New Routine!
yeah thats the way for the next 3 mounths I´ll be working on bukling up! my muscles are toened but they are small... so now it+´s time to get serious!
I´m gonna hit the weights 5 times a week and diet extreamly. I´m going to get big now!
I feel like lifting hard!
Go hard or Go home!
