type='text'>New gym new life.</title><content type='html'>Dear readers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I´ve now started training in a new gym.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I used to train in the dark old rooms of "Roskilde wrestling club". the place was dark, hardcore and tuogh. you know the holes in hte floor from all the weight that has been thrown truh the ground, the white cold walls, the old low quallty dumbells, barbells, machines, dicecs and so on. the old getto blaster where the sound of hardcore gangster rap came out. the smell of sweat the where all over the small room. But now I do. my plan is to build up muscle mass untill January. When I reach January I´ll go back to my roots and build up strength and change my diet for 2 mounth. (wich also is an impotant part of bodybuilding).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I reach May I´ll start building up muscle mass agin untill Juli. If you don´t know me, then I´m a 15 year old kid who after alot of consideration decided to start bodybuilding. the reason for al this consideration was that i was already doing an other sport on a very high level. yeah... I was a fighter. I fought in the art of ju-jutsu. I got some very good resulst with that sport. I was on the dansih jounior national team and fought all over Europa. I´m a former dansih regional champion in judo too so i´ve had my time in the sport. one time in Germany I got injurned. the sinew holding my right leg muscule together snaped, and my career and life totaly changed. I had the rebuild the sinew and they way was weight execises, and other rebuilding execises only. No ju-jutsu. while I did this kind of training i kinda started to love it. so after a couple of mounth i decided that doning bodybuilding was what i had to do.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;It was kinda hard for me to change my diet and weight training routine. becuse of my sport i had to keep my weight down and the weight traning I did was made the build strength and my diet keep me under 60 kg In an age of 15. but i got it done and decided to start the 1st august.
